Can't think of anything more exciting to welcome the New Year! With good traffic on our side (most ppl are outstation for the long holidays), D and I manage to arrive 'on time'at Holiday Villa, Subang Jaya to witness the loving couple waltz into the banquet hall. It's always been my favourite part of weddings. It feels like the worries of the world freezes for us all to absorb the radiance from 2 very sincerely happy ppl (all happened in slow motion, as the couple takes baby steps towards the stage...) It's also an auspicious sign that I'll be fed soon...heee.....I took shots with my camera phone- of ALL shots the ones of their back is the sharpest :( Oh well, I'll post the top two best shots here and keep the readers suspense..hee...
The wedding dinner started out with a dance to 'Swan Lake' (or was it the nutcracker suite?) by two lovely little ballerina girls whom later 'danced down stage' to usher the lovely couple for their grand entrance. Holiday Villa has a very unique way to welcome the food to the hall. There was a short sketch about the couple (in the form of swans), which both male and female swans shyly kissed and later 6 baby swans appears at the background. TL and Joyce need to be busy soon if the 6 swans are true. After I turned away from the stage, the cold and hot combi dish was already on the table. Very very magical indeed!

After the cake cutting and champagne pouring (my pics are ALL BLUR..haihz!), family toasting and a short & sweet speech from TL, the loving couple did their 'table by table toasting' ritual. I have to agree with D that MK, YB, KL, KM & 'another guy whom I do not know' are very KAU HENG TAI (hope I got it right in canto)...as they diligently followed the couple to toast at every table! It's not an easy job to hold the wine glass high and scream 'YAAAMMM SENGGGG' at the top of the lungs! *salute* TL u know what to do horrr..
It seems like only yesterday that we were in Manchester, partying hard as young undergraduates (am not going into detail, it will take days..heee). We all came as a group from KDU Manchester Twinning Programme and with good faith, the guys met TL at Grosvenor Place and clicked as best buddies till today. TL & Joyce, congratulation once again & may your path be filled with joy and God's blessings all year round!YAM SENG for the future & cepat cepat multiply!
